Financial Information

Medicare patients:

We participate with Medicare and therefore we bill Medicare and accept Medicare fees. If you have supplemental insurance, Medicare should forward your claim to your supplemental insurance carrier.

As per the federal Medicare Act, Medicare co-payments and deductibles are the patient’s responsibility and by law, we are required to collect them.

Non-Medicare patients:

Payment is due at time of service. We are not contracted with any private insurance companies. Therefore, we do not routinely bill private insurers. We will give you a properly coded superbill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement of your medical expenses.

Most insurance companies do not cover cosmetic procedures.

We accept cash, personal or cashier’s check, Master Card and Visa as payment.

 

Product Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Used products may be returned only in the rare event of allergic contact dermatitis. Please note that Retin-A (tretinoin) is irritating and may cause redness and peeling. Stinging and irritation may occur with the YS products, but these symptoms do not indicate allergy. We will be happy to evaluate any problems.
