Our Staff

Carole Sarganis, RN, BSN, DNC is Office Manager of the Parnell Medical Corporation. She joined the Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Institute in 1995 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican University. Carole loves working in dermatology because she enjoys helping people feel better about themselves. She cannot imagine doing anything else. She is Dermatology Nurse Certified, ACLS Certified, and is a member of the Dermatology Nurse’s Association

Talia Dougan, RN, DNC graduated from Santa Rosa’s Jr. College in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Science and an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2004. She has been in employed here since July 2005. Prior to joining our team, Talia worked as a cardiac and specialty care nurse at Marin General Hospital. Talia is experienced in the use of the majority of our lasers and takes pride in helping our patients achieve the results they desire. She is Dermatology Nurse Certified, ACLS certified, and a member of the Dermatology Nurse’s Association.

Pam Clayborn, RN, BSN, DNC is originally from Arkansas and she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2005. Pam has been employed with us since the summer of 2006. She enjoys the challenge of learning new techniques to assist her patients in fulfilling all of their skincare needs. She is Dermatology Nurse Certified and a member of the Dermatology Nurse’s Association.

Christine Dalva, Trained Medical Assistant has been a medical assistant with us since February 2002. She graduated from Holy Names University with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry in 2005. Christine is the program commissioner for Accutane and the iPledge Program. She is also is our billing insurance manager. She has extensive training in milia extractions and microscopic examinations. She loves her job and loves the interaction with her patients.

Gwen Fox, Front Office Receptionist, graduated from Texas Women's University with a Bachelor of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies and with a Master of Art in Intercultural Studies from Union University in 2006. Gwen loves interacting with people and helping our office run smoothly.
