Y.S. Laboratories' skin renewal program is the first step in restoring your skin to a healthy state.  It was designed to treat both men and women of all skin types and color. This program can be used on the face as well as other areas of the body, such as the neck, chest, and hands.

The skin renewal program utilizes a retinoid in combination with the bleaching creams, hydroquinone and bearberry, an alpha hydroxy acid, Yerba Santa as a penetrating agent, and a sunscreen.

The Y.S. Skin Renewal Program is the only skin treatment program made with natural Yerba Santa. Yerba Santa enhances the moisturizing, lubrication, and penetration properties; thereby, increasing effectiveness of the program’s other ingredients.  It is a more effective moisturizer at much lower concentrations than Aloe Vera.  Y.S. Laboratories' natural skin renewal products are based on patents issued for the use of Yerba Santa for the skin.  They also provide a very effective drug delivery vehicle for the various active ingredients.

The Y.S. cream program offers significant benefits for many skin problems. The active ingredients work together to correct fine wrinkles by stimulating collagen production, protect the skin from further damage, revert early pre-malignant changes to normal, and correct pigmentation spots due to various causes.

In addition to the skin conditioning program, Y.S. products were designed to prepare the skin for various cosmetic and laser procedures, such as laser resurfacing. Postoperatively, they promote healing, decrease redness and prevent abnormal or irregular pigmentation.

The Y.S. Creams Program includes:

Y.S. One®: a gentle cleansing agent at skin pH. Y.S. One® removes excess skin oils and leaves the skin with its natural moisture content.

Dermfresh™: a pure refreshing solution that removes oils and residues and maintains natural pH balance of the skin allowing for better effectiveness of the Evaness, Mixx and Retin A.

Evaness®: a lightening cream containing hydroquinone and the natural herb bearberry that fades dark pigmented skin conditions such as freckles, age spots, melasma resulting in more even pigmentation. Can be used with or without Retin-A.

DermSol®: a moisturizer useful for everyday dry skin as well as after laser surgery and chemical peels.

*Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Used products may be returned only in the rare event of allergic contact dermatitis.  Please note that Retin-A (tretinoin) is irritating and may cause redness and peeling.  Stinging and irritation may occur with the YS products, but these symptoms do not indicate allergy.  We will be happy to evaluate any problems.
