Treatment of Facial Veins, Port Wine Stains, and Hemangiomas

Spider veins(telangiectasia) on the face and neck, port wine stains, and many hemangiomas can be effectively treated with the pulsed dye vascular lesion laser or the long-pulse pulsed dye laser.  These are the "state of the art" and gold standard treatments for these vascular problems.  These lasers has virtually no chance of scarring and can be used safely, even on infants only a few weeks old.   While small telangiectasias usually  clear with one treatment, larger vessels and port wine stains often require several treatments.
